Any item purchased on the web site can be returned for a refund. Any Full Priced Item - Sale Item or Clearance Item can be returned for a refund, all you have to do is confirm return of the item by email within 48 hours of receipt & return the item / items to us at your expense, brand new in their original condition & packaging, unworn, and with all tamper tags intact within 7 days of receipt (it must be back in our possession within 7 days of receipt) with your completed Returned Items Form in your package. We ensure we get your order to you promptly - please ensure your return reaches us WITHIN 7 days of receipt. Your return should be fully wrapped to protect the items & shoe boxes must be wrapped & protected as we will not accept unwrapped shoe boxes back. Your shoe box is sent protected and needs to be returned protected. We do not accept shoe boxes back that have postage labels attached as we can not use the boxes again. You will need to pay return postage on your item

All returns UK and international must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of of your purchases . returning an item from a Non EU country please clearly mark the package "Returns" otherwise we may be charged UK Duty which will be deducted from refund. All items are dispatched with Security Tags and any item returned without Security Tags will be returned back to you. Should your item not have a Security Tag or anything is wrong with your item you must inform us upon receipt.for all international returns all good must be back in our possession within 10 DAYS

Garments will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange if they are returned with any of the the following problems .such as odours , perfume , tobacco, cooking or pets /stains such as make up , perspiration, deodorant , fake tan

Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase you must inform us immediately upon receipt by email or by telephone stating the problem.

All returns must be "postmarked" and returned within 7 days of receipt or you
will not get a refund.

Any returns outside this timescale will be returned back to you or issued with a credit note, unless there are exceptional circumstances and are at Posh frocks and furs discretion

Refunds are usually processed the same day we receive the goods. Items received
on a Saturday will be processed on the Monday

International Orders - Once shipped if you REFUSE a package there will be a charge to return to the UK and we will debit this cost from your refund. YOU are responsible for any Customs Charges & Taxes charged in your country of residence and refusing a parcel because there are customs charges is a breach of contract and the return costs are your responsibility

Should you wish to exchange an item, please complete your returns form clearly marking the "exchange" column and let us know what you want to exchange for. Exchanged items will incur additional postage cost unless reason for exchange is at he fault of posh frocks and furs

International buyers need to return the item to us within 10 days of receipt and inform us of its return within 48 hours

All refunds over the amount of £100 will incur a £15 processing fee . All refunds under the amount of £100 will incur a £5 processing fee .Once items have been received and approved you are usually refunded the day we receive your return and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return and an email confirming your refund. Returns received on a Saturday will be processed on Monday. After we process your refund it may take 2 -10 working days to be credited to your account which is totally out of our control as the length of time it takes will depend on which bank or card issuer you are with. You will be refunded less the P&P charge.
